Abstract:	112年去藝珂實習中我看到不同的工作，因為實習公司是找人才並且介紹適合的工作，所以每一次看到每一位人才履歷中所做的工作，並且在跟人才交談中可以知道每一位為甚麼離職的原因，然後再跟居人才所希望的工作找到要的，但在每一個尋找跟打電話都要有一定的耐心跟細心，每一個履歷都會有一些時間點上對不了，所以要細心地去問和看，也知道每個工作的優缺點
