Abstract:	本研究為使現今台中文學館可與時俱進，不因時間的推進而慢慢被大眾遺忘、冷落，能步步跟進台中其他觀光景點之知名度，如審計新村、光復新村等。故本研究將探討台中文學館及其他知名觀光景點之特點，分析不同方位吸引人群的方式，融合其特點，不論是以內容、介紹方式、吸引人群方式，使台中文學館目前之閒置問題得以解決。
