Abstract:	關於我在振宇五金門市實習的上班內容，從一位沒在賣場上過班的實習生，到了解所有工作內容的人員，包含我一年所遇見的人、事、物，如何學以致用，觀察到一間店，在人員的調度上，如何使賣場的工作更流暢，科技的日新月異，利用先進的電腦程式，讓工作的 SOP，更加精簡、快速，面對客人的刁難和問題，如何微笑待人，使顧客心滿意足。與同事們的相處，年紀稍微年長，難免沒有話題，但也可以和睦融融。公司的政策或管理職的想法，和自己想法有些出入，如何避免發生不必要的爭吵，自己從中學習，在未來的職場上，輕鬆化解。一年的實習非常精彩，絕不渾渾噩噩混學分，把握畢業與社會接軌的實習生涯，踏上自己人生的下一旅程。
