Abstract:	現在社會面臨產業結構的轉變以及少子化與高齡化的影響，使勞動人口逐漸縮減；工廠及其他產業所需招募員工數量日益增加，勞動人口不足以補足這個缺口，而選擇大量引進外籍勞工。本研究探討招募外籍勞工的行政流程更有效率，進而提升公司組織經營的績效。
