Abstract:	隨著時代的趨勢，日常生活也越來越朝向自動化。在較具規模的餐廳中，若能規劃一部菜梯將廚房做好的餐點送達各樓層，再由服務生分送到餐桌定點，將可縮短送菜時間，提升服務品質，更而減少人力資源，降低經營成本，提高工作效率。藉由這個理念，因此我們發想設計出菜梯的模擬架構，提供實務運作上的可行性。在硬體架構部分，使用木板做為樓層材料，以單向電容運轉馬達作為電梯上下樓的動力元件；在電路控制部分則配合一般繼電器設計。除一般功能外，另設計當餐點送達時，以蜂鳴器告知服務生，若服務生未即時取菜，電梯限時10秒(實際需求調整)將自動回歸一樓待機，避免菜梯久停於單一樓層，影響出菜速度。
