Abstract:	以真空環境之狀態下檢測電漿在此環境下的狀態以及變化，經由電腦軟體AvaSoft輸入實驗數值給電腦，再透過光譜分析儀的檢測分析，傳送至擷取卡讀取光譜分析儀分析資料傳送自電腦處理訊息，由軟體得知光譜分析的訊號和強度，再由VB.NET自行撰寫之程式作監控與顯示，控制電漿環境變化，依不同所需得到正確電漿環境。以本研究所發展之微型光譜監控電漿技術，氬氣製程電漿可在我們設定的MIN值到MAX值之間穩定震盪，當電漿過強超出我們設定的MAX值，透過PID控制器的調整會傳送一個指令將製程氣體閥門關閉，如低於MIN值則會把氣閥打開，使我們能達到穩定監控電漿的動作
