Title:	從房務實習探討優秀房務人員之必備條件

Abstract:	隨著觀光產業蓬勃發展的同時，也帶動其他相關產業，如：住宿設施、旅行社，以及餐飲店…等產業的發展，特別是住宿設施的發展。然在飯店的經營中，住宿設施的好壞，是影響旅客的旅遊品質的重大因素之一。其中，與客人息息相關的，非客房莫屬！因此，本研究將透過實習，瞭解以下2點：(1) 瞭解房務的職務內容及重要性；(2) 瞭解一位優秀的房務員需具備的條件。結果發現：(1) 房務人員的工作內容除了打掃客房外，公共區域的打掃、地毯的清潔、消毒、家具的保養也屬於房務人員的工作範圍；(2) 為了成為好的房務人員，除了要有體力外，還要具備提供良好服務的態度、以及對任何事都要非常細心。
