Abstract:	本研究以系統化佈置（SLP）解決個案公司設施規劃運送距離過長之不合理問題，在經佈置後並加入量化與定性分析，經由本研究所產生的效益為距離由159 ～184公尺縮短為70～99公尺，在量化分析方面，本研究加入５Ｓ概念，將個案公司閒置機具集中存放，使得生產現場不至於素亂，影響生產效率。
