Abstract:	本文使用田口方法之品質工程規劃法，來搭配MoldnowMP@模流分析軟體，建立一套塑膠射出成型過程之製程最佳化流程，以便進行有效率之電腦模擬。以CD-ROM碟片托盤塑膠製品的毛邊現象與翹曲問題為例，經由信號雜音比S/N計算與變異數分析過程，獲得其不同工程因子對目標品質之影響。進而求得製程之最佳化加工參數與可調整因素，減少分析所需之試模時間及成本浪費，以提升品賀與降低生產成本。
