Abstract:	本組之專題，以個案公司之手工具為探討，公司為一傳統產業,而隨著時代的變遷，動化設備的大公司紛紛成立，多的產業都因此面臨著壓力，為了節省成本與時間，都紛紛引進先進之機械設備，有效的增進生產能力並減少人力需求，而提升競爭力。而在現今的社會裡，討如何以最低的成本與人力資源並有效的提高生產力更顯的重要，此為了達到有效的產出，們以工廠之供應鏈合理化來探討與研究，過多次組員研究討論，經由專題老師耐心的指導後，對個案公司作此結合，望對此個案公司能有效的提升整體之作業程序。
