Title:	契約用電容量與用電設備排程之整合研究

Abstract:	一般而言，包括飯店、工廠、公司、學校等等大型用電戶大多與台灣電力公司簽訂有「契約用電容量」。「契約容量」簽訂的恰當與否對於電費影響深鉅：訂的太高的話每月需付出較高的線路與動力租用成本；如果訂的太低的話，則因為超出契約用電而須接受較高的罰金。契約容量之計算係依整體用電持續十五分鐘之尖峰用電量；若公司未對「用電設備」作整體規劃，極可能造成尖峰用電量超過契約容量的情形。若只考慮生產管理之「生產排程」問題，往往忽略了「契約容量」的罰款問題，而造成營運成本增加。為了提高企業資源運用的彈性，「契約容量」與「用電排程」這兩種問題同時考慮的必要性是存在的。若公司未事先妥善規劃「用電排程」，可能分析求得的「契約容量」簽訂值未必是最佳解；若能妥善規劃「用電排程」，則更可確保公司可有最佳的「契約容量」簽訂值，藉以降低營運成本，提升企業競爭力。本研究利用數學規劃技術求得「契約容量」與「用電排程」最佳簽訂值；並以某交通號誌生產公司之用電資料做實證分析。
