摘要: 個案公司為航太維修之專業飛修廠,以空軍為主要客戶,在大環境的市場需求多樣化之下,航太維修機件屬少量多樣,講求維修品質穩定、功能穩定、交期穩定等等問題。
近年來許多的重大軍機失事案件頻傳,國防部全面要求軍機飛修單位,貫徹遵守維修技令作業,降低零失事率的飛航安全為首要目標,以確保飛航安全。
本文旨在導入精實六標準差的概念與程序,運用精實六標準差D-M-A-I-C手法釐清問題本質與發生流程,解決航太起落架珠擊之品質不良問題,衡量後執行步驟如下:
一、將所有影響珠擊品質的問題初部彙整,利用大方向的特性要因圖(魚骨圖)將問題初部列出,便於後續整理。
二、以大方向的特性要因圖為基礎,分解成細部的特性要因圖並將問題細部彙整,挑選出可控制因子及干擾因子。
三、利用價值流維修作業圖將問題找出,擬出最佳的執行改善方法與工具。
四、首先運用SolidWorks -3D繪圖軟體先將問題的源頭改善,修正舊有的型架結構,使田口方法試驗值更能接近現場需要資訊。
五、導入Taguchi Method的研究方法,將前一至四的步驟連結,利用田口品質工程的穩健設計,對珠擊參數的變異進行分析、確
認並調和出最佳因子,最後進行起落架實證加工。
六、制定表格約束,以防止造成品質不良的人為疏失,當發生品質異常或客訴時,依據資料追溯加以分析以利後續改善,便於擬定
改善策略。
本研究最後係以精實手法建構出一個符合精實六標準差之珠擊最佳參數模式,研究結果發現:飽和強度由原來的0.003mm~0.25mm的品質變異降低至0.098mm ~0.109mm的品質水準內,符合技令規範。人資管銷支出節省金額93,500元,減少作業天數29.5天,提前作業效率36.19%,驗證了籍由精實六標準差的手法對導入珠擊作業方法的改善及品質的提升,的確獲得了具體的肯定,確保實施企業達到快速降低成本及高品質的營運目標。
The parts of aerospace maintenance are a highly professional design and manufacture with small amount of diversity. It need quality and function stability, reduce maintenance time and on-time delivery requirements. The Department of Defense requires the kinds of various military aircraft and fly repair units, carry out to follow job maintenance skills and the zero-accident rate of flight safety the primary objective, to ensure the safety of flight. This paper import lean six Sigma deviation concepts and procedures, the use lean six sigam deviation of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) to clarify the original problem and flow occurs. The poor quality aerospace landing gear after the shot peening is resolved. The execution step is as follows: 1. To list and establish the fishbone diagram of all affect the shot peening the quality factors. 2. To comply and listed the detailed characteristics diagram, to pick out the control and noise factors. 3. Identify problems by value stream maintenance operations diagram, to develop the best tools for implementation and improvement. 4. To improve the source of the problem with the Solidwork -3D amendments to the old frame structure. The Taguchi method test value closer to the field need the information. 5. Link one to four steps, to reconcile the best variation factor of processing parameters of the landing gear after shot peening and finally empirical processing. 6. To prevent result in human error poor quality or customer complaints, development of table constraints, according to data to be analyzed retrospectively for to formulate improvement strategies to improve and construction of the best parameter mode. Study found that the variations in the quality standards of saturation intensity drop from 0.003mm~0.25mm to 0.098mm ~ 0.109mm in line with the technology of specification. The expenditure of personal and management reduce approximately 93,500yuan and operating days 29.5 days and operating efficiency ahead of 36.2%.Verification operating methods to improve and enhance the quality of shot peening processing. To ensure that the implementation of the enterprise achieve the goal to quickly reduce operating cost and high quality.
