摘要: | 歷經金融海嘯後,從企業內部做體質的改善,減少以往被忽略的浪費,可節省出可觀的費用,在不用增加銷售量下就可以獲得利潤,這就是TPS(Toyota Production System)以及精實生產(Lean Production)管理所重視的地方,也是企業積極想導入的管理方法。
本研究採個案研究法,藉由文獻探討相關理論,針對個案公司藉由導入精實生產(Lean Production)的方法來改善汽車部品業作業績效確認實施成效。以Womack及Jones之五大步驟: 1.定義價值2.確認價值溪流3.暢流4.後拉式生產5.完善,其目的期使能減少製程上之浪費,改善作業績效,節省製程步驟,縮短作業時間,增加產量,創造利潤,以增加業界之生產力與競爭力。經實證研究結果顯示,應用精實生產手法使汽車部品業作業績效平均提昇25%以上,每次改善活動後成本平均節省約12萬元,足供其他業界作為參考。 After world economic crisis 2008, it may save the cost and increase profit through internal improvement and reduce waste. It is the elite and spirit of “Lean production management“ which method is enterprises will release and apply it.
The paper is read case study by literature review to lead into Lean production management technique to improve automobile parts operation performance to increase the efficiency by James P. Womack and Daniel T. Jones technique 5 steps: 1.specify value 2.Identify the value stream 3.Flow 4.Custom pull 5.perfection.
The study purpose is to reduce the waste, improve operation performance, save the process flow, shorten operation time and increase productivity, create the competitiveness of enterprises. The result of the study is using the method of Lean Production makes the performance of automobile parts increase more than 25%, and the cost of every improving program reduce 120 thousand dollars. It could be a good example for other factories. |
