Abstract: 本專題使用PC樹脂與特製散熱粉混鍊成行的試驗成形品,進行熱傳導率與物性的探討與耐燃性的試驗。
測試方法是依據ASTM(American Society for Testing and Materials), C177與Hatched LzodImpa CT Strength(J/M) ASTM D256 及UL94來進行相關研究。
其各樣品之熱傳導率為:PC-BM:3.69W/mK、PC-BM2:0.75W/mK、PC-SW08:8.03W/mK、PC-BA:2.5W/mK、PC-BMN:3.24W/mK、PC-BN:5.1W/mK、PC-BN(0.5phr):4.92W/mK、PC-BN(1phr):4.21 W/mK、PC-BN(1.5phr):3.92 W/mK、PCB-BN :2.61W/mK、PCC-BN:2.53W/mK、 SPC-0917:1.72 W/mK,雖然PC-SW08熱傳導性最佳但是價錢昂貴,因此我們選熱傳導性次佳BN來進行耐熱性試驗分別製作出PC-BN48、PC-BN2、PC-BN3、PCB-BN3、PCC-BN3經過各項的改良最終製出SPC-0917
