Abstract:	由於市場競爭詭譎，甚多中小企業均着眼於節省材料、人事、機器設備支出，卻忽略宜先消除無附加價值製造流程之浪費，增加效益。本個案研究運用精實生產管理的觀念來改善作業績效。研究模式以James P.Womack及Daniel T.Jones所定義之五大步驟: 1.定義價值2.確認價值溪流3.暢流4.後拉式生產5.完善，其目的改善公司作業價值、縮短製程時間與提昇效率。實證結果，生產流程時間由33天降至24天縮減9天達成公司目標、不良率由2.5%降至0、搬運距離由534公尺降至408公尺，縮短126公尺、生產作業人員減少3人、材料耗損減少5%、生產效率提升27.3％，改善活動後每月可成本節省70.8萬元。
