Abstract:	本研究應用精實管理工具與方法，導入傳統機械工廠進行改善。目的在提升零工式工廠生產效率。就傳統中小企業而言，傳統機械製造廠有給予人油污、危險與辛苦之3K產業之刻版印象，但就以精實管理角度而言，如何導入正確的績效評量制度與方法才能導引此類工廠在正確的時間做好正確的事情。也就是以精實手法進行企業流程改善而具體效果則以績效指標來評量。本論文以零工式機械廠為例進行個案說明，個案企業經由導入精實管理制度後其績效指標評量均有不錯成效。
