Abstract:	"本實驗採用振盪提取，將米糠放入鹽酸(pH2.0、2.5、3.0)中，以固液比(1:8、1:10、1:12)水解，放入恆溫水槽中振盪，提取溫度為(35℃、45℃、55℃)，時間(2hr、4hr、6hr)，可以提取9個不同條件的樣品。上述是以正交實驗設計法4因子3水準的條件下提取植酸，在使用滴定法以及光電比色法測定，得其植酸含量、濃度，再從9個樣品中找出最佳提取條件。"
