Abstract:	近年來，面對中國大陸與東南亞國家的競爭，低價已不是主要競爭策略，台灣手工具業者多屬中小企業，投入研發之人才與能量有限，對未來發展不利影響。為加強手工具業者未來產品佈局，除了善用兩岸ECFA優勢，加強兩岸分工，增加產品出口優勢，亦應投入製程作業績效改進。比計劃利用建構品質生產線於手工具段造製程的作業績效提升，有利於減少產品不良率與分析停機原因以消除故障損失而提升總合效率，增進作業績效。
