Abstract:	台灣GB之所以能成功在臺灣立足，是因為以下幾項優勢：獨家海外代理權、無加盟店、品質一致性、專屬管家式服務與餐點現點現做，更是她們整個團隊每一個人必須共同實踐的使命，完全的投注焦點在創造超乎期待的用餐經驗。完全的看準現在人最講求的是服務的品質，也是為何她們會講求桌邊服務生，讓每一位客人一開始進到餐廳就讓好好的被受照顧直到用完餐離開。如能維持或達到更高的標準，並且實施強化應徵者篩選制度、調整薪資差異、提高自身競爭力、設立啤酒觀光工廠以及拓展門市降低成本，必定可以為臺灣GB在未來創造出更可觀的收入，甚至可以達到未來上市上櫃之願景。
