Abstract: 本研究旨在探討工作壓力對離職傾向是否有顯著影響,並討論員工協助方案三個面向工作面、生活面、健康面,對工作壓力是否有幫助,以利降低離職傾向的產生。
本研究以製造業為調查對象,藉由問卷調查方式,透過皮爾森相關分析及層級迴歸分析等統計方法來進行實證。

本研究結果主要發現工作壓力對離職傾向達顯著正影響。
