Abstract:	工廠管理方法有很多的歸纇，我們本組題目是以手工具工廠的生產改善為目的來深入研究之，由於穩陞工業有限公司之工廠屬於傳統工廠，對於生產改善部分仍有須改進加強之處。這次專題研究只要之目的，是與工廠管理人員合力，使倉儲、工作現場、環境，都能針對本組人員所發現的缺失進行改善。參觀完工廠後，再由指導老師指導，針對這些問題擬定改善方法，使得在時間上的運用可以更有效率。也希望藉由本組專題，可使穩陞公司在倉儲、工作現場、環境，都能達到改善，進而使穩陞公司減少浪費，提高效率，改善經營體質，增加競爭力。
