Abstract:	台灣手工具素有「手工具王國」之美譽。主要外銷全球，近年來受到全球化趨勢的影響，導致市場競爭更加激烈，勢必調整企業經營方式，擺脫代工，進而設計並改良，開闢出另一條康莊大道。另一部分手工具種類及規格眾多，所以攜帶及使用上造成許多不便，容易發生職業傷害。本專題方向主要以設計與改良，手工具種類及規格眾多，手工具施力點不易，容易職業傷害，不符合人因工程的問題，基本上使用機械相關專業、人因工程，搭配工業設計為核心，進而改善不需要攜帶過多而導致重量的增加。個案研究主要把梅花板手及各式套筒等手工具的尺寸結合為一體的手工具及套筒。
