Abstract:	品質管制QC = Quality Control 控制=檢驗+回饋+措施 ★品質保證QA = Quality Assuramce “保證”的意思是指對於某個視建的信心成度(EX:產品符合客戶需求)“品質保證”則可以定義為:以有計劃及系統的作法，達到獲得對產品符合品質要求的信心，亦就是透過完善的管理系統，讓客戶對產品品質產生絕對的信心。品質是調適出來的，。 1.以滿足客戶不同購面的需求。 2.以滿足產品衝突電器特性的需求。 3.改善”習慣”所造成錯誤的習慣。
