Abstract:	腿部體積值(leg volume or lower limb volume)是醫療臨床診斷或鞋類相關產品設計的重要參考值。本研究主要目的就是以3D量測技術來量測女性3D腿部體型，並推導出我國女性腿部體積值估算公式，藉以提供臨床應用與製鞋業重要的參考。本研究召募110位成年女性受測者，並以3D人體量測儀量測受測者之右腿腿部體積3D表面資料。接著，本研究透過軟體萃取出腿部體積值(LV)與11個關鍵尺寸值（包括身高，體重與BMI，共14個尺寸值），再以窮舉法(exhaustive method)方式來進行非線性迴歸分析。本研究結果由469個(C_1^14+C_2^14+C_3^14)迴歸公式中，分析並推導出我國女性腿部體積估算公式為LV=0.215 × LL1.000 × CST1.620。這個公式僅使用腿長(LL)與大腿圍(CST)為迴歸變數，R2值為0.967。這個公式具有容易記憶，又可以快速且準確估算女性腿部體積值的特性，於臨床應用與製鞋業的實務應用方面具有重要的參考價值。
