Abstract:	台灣農業由於農村勞動人力老化，農業生產方面逐漸減少，許多問題，例如天然災害環境影響、人力成本高、技術無法傳承，使得現代的年輕人寧可到都市或外地發展，也不願繼續待在家鄉。因此政府推行農業政策，提升農業競爭力。
