Abstract:	穩陞工業為中部地區知名專業鍛造廠，廠內有300、500、400、600及800共5條鍛造生產線，均汰換為高週波電爐加熱設備，鍛造產品涵蓋手工具、汽機車零配件、建築五金、安全掛鉤等等，其中又以手工具類的扳手為大宗。末端產品銷售遍及五大洲，又以歐美地區為主。客戶不乏國際知名品牌大廠及國內知名廠商。在穩陞實習期間，我從懵懂無知的狀態成長，一開始只會手腳不俐落的操作天車吊掛工件，到現在已經可以靈活使用堆高機堆疊貨物，也學到要如何有效分配時間去處理事情，有磅重、急件、出貨、退貨的處理，需要按照輕重緩急去處理，在找到屬於自己的節奏時，日後發生狀況才不會手忙腳亂導致出錯。
