Abstract:	實習是我想要體驗工廠的生活，結合在學校學的工業工程與管理的內容培育實作能力，成立成洋工業股份有限公司，由張劍龍總經理負責經營管理，為專業之不銹鋼(Stainless steel)線、板、管、金屬熔焊接，產品主要是衛浴跟廚房用品，從一開始只會操作的作業員到可以教操作員，學到製作作業指導書，也就是我們說的SOP標準作業程，學到校模，也製作了各式各樣的表單及紀錄表，整理整頓的重要，不留用不到的東西，節省空間用來放更多東西，制定工具該歸位的方，工具用完都要放原位，在工廠我學到很多在學校沒學到的東西，也看了很多沒看過的機器，很多也都跟學校學的有相關。
