Abstract:	本專題研究題目定為目視管理在物料管理之研究，研究對象是位於台中太平區的穩陞工業股份有限公司(以下稱為個案公司)。以物料管理中的特性，適時（Right time）、適質（Right quality）、適量（Right quantity）、適價（Right price）、適地（Right place），這就是物料管理的5R原則，找出可能影響物料異常的原因；再根據找出的原因做更近一步的探討，再以目視管理預防何者原因對其影響最大。物料管理,在工廠中扮演很重要的角色。一個工廠的成品、半成品、原物料等都是屬於倉儲管理的範圍。因此，如何管理好工廠內成千上萬個物料，實在是一門很重要的學問，所以本研究是針對個案公司的物料管理部分，探討其在目視管理的運作上，如何清楚地呈現期現物與現況，藉以提升物料管理績效。
