Abstract:	實習期間學到如何與上司、同事與遊客應對進退及自我情緒和態度管理，也了解原來服務人員真的不簡單，不但要熟悉全園區的位置及流暢的租借輪椅及嬰兒車動作，突發狀況發生時還要找出適當的處理方式。實習結束後我會選擇離開實習單位，我想換個工作內容與工作環境，學習更多不同方面的專業知識及累積更多工作經驗。實習期間不僅僅是學會租借輪椅及嬰兒車的操作，還學到人與人之間的互動與溝通，不管是和遊客的互動還是上司同事間的互助互信，都是我在實習期間所得到的珍貴寶藏。
