Abstract:	力山工業有限股份公司是全世界最大的工具機製造廠之一，也是台灣少數生產健身機的工廠之一，生產木工機與健身機外銷國外70餘國，是股市上市公司也是ISO9001品質系統合格認證廠商，並以提供創新與高品質的產品與服務為目標。在力山實習過程中，擔任健身器材组立員，從對健身器材組裝方式和產線運作方式一無所知﹐到現在對自己工作站熟悉以及了解跑步機組裝方法，能自己排除產線碰上障礙與問題。實習至今已有九個月，目前還在時習當中，希望透過這次的實習讓我更能了解產線人員的責任、工作事項與必備技能，組裝人員需要十分熟悉、細心與高度的辦事效率，以利工作進行順利。
